Our highly experienced management team, led by our Founder and Chief Executive Officer Bunty Doshi, identifies, develops and executes innovative and value-creating opportunities that differentiate us from other operators. Our management and advisory teams have extensive experience within the broader distributed gaming space and local Georgia market, with cumulative industry experience of more than 100 years.
Bunty Doshi
Founder and Chief Executive Officer with over 18 years of experience in the gaming industry who has led us since our inception in 2009. Mr. Doshi founded UG in 2009 to cater to the growing demand for gaming devices in Georgia. UG has raised over $700mm of private credit capital under his leadership. In addition to UG Mr. Doshi has successfully built 3 exponentially growing businesses. With an entrepreneurial mind-set and passion for innovation, he established himself as a visionary leader within Georgia’s COAM industry and has served on the state’s COAM Advisory Board for the past seven years. He was recently elected by Georgia’s Lieutenant Governor to serve on the Senate’s study committee to explore and enhance legislative initiatives for Georgia’s COAM market. Bunty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Clayton State University.
Jason Flury
United Growth, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer since its formation and Chief Financial Officer of United Gaming L.L.C. since April 2023. From August 2021 to April 2023, Mr. Flury served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lalani Ventures, where he led the recapitalization of the Lucky Fortune distributed gaming business and the sale of its assets to United. From May 2019 to August 2021, Mr. Flury served as a Principal and Managing Member of JAF Strategic Advisory, LLC, an independent consulting firm, where he advised companies on corporate finance, strategy, and mergers & acquisitions. He holds an M.B.A from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Michael Karamat
United Growth, Inc.’s General Counsel since its formation and United Gaming L.L.C.’s General Counsel since September 2021. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Karamat was a Partner at Krevolin & Horst, LLC, an Atlanta, Georgia-based law firm, which he joined in May 2014. Mr. Karamat holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business.
